KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate revenue by selling and servicing accounts via the phone and/or Internet
• Duties include inbound and/or outbound telesales activities for new or existing accounts
• May be assigned to respond to email inquiries and orders
• Develops and maintains strategic inside accounts
• Accountable for achieving large personal sales quota
• Responsible for prompt response to inbound leads
• Coordinate and implement sales lead generation
• Identifies new client relationships and new business opportunities by researching databases and identifying key decision makers
• Creates report for measuring sales development, retention, forecasting, and pipeline building Documents external activities that directly impact the sales region
• Develop market penetration strategies through analysis of trends, research and reports
• Act as a liaison with Marketing team to manage leads generated while producing leads independently
• Provides support to other sales teams to achieve specific business unit goals by developing profitable new client relationships
• Serves as a liaison between sales team and potential clients by serving as the initial point of contact in the opportunity
• Focuses on moving clients from prospect to system subscriber

Candidate will be working for US Shift from 5 PM to 2 AM

MINIMUM & PREFERRED EDUCATION

• Bachelor' degree or equivalent work experience is needed

MINIMUM & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience • Networking & sales skills are needed to adapt conversations to business opportunities • Proficiency in software programs is necessary in successfully completing duties
